  Create Fabric pattern in simple way  
   
     
     
     
   
     
   
   
     

1. Take a new file of 600 pixels,800 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Use Ctrl+i for Inverse or u can use background Color as Black from the beginning.
3. Now go to Filter>Artistic>Add Plastic Wrap apply the following settings.
4. Image Should be look like this.
5. Go to Image>Mode>Index Color and click Ok.
6. Then go to Image>Mode>Grayscale and click Ok.
7. Now for Color go to Image>Mode>Duotone and use the following settings. Your image should be look like this.
8. Copy that Layer and apply Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur to Radius 30.0 pixels.Then Hide that Layer (Layer 1 copy).
9. Select the main Layer (Layer 1) and Use Ctrl+i for Inverse. Then go to Filter>Distort>Twirl and apply the following settings.

10. Final step show the Hidden Layer(Layer 1 copy) and use Layer Blending Mode.
